What is A MINI SESSION?
Mini sessions are one of my favorite ways to photograph families and kids. They’re short, sweet, and designed to capture real personalities without the pressure of a long session. Perfect for wiggly toddlers, quick milestones, or those moments you don’t want to let pass you by.
Throughout the year, I offer thoughtfully planned, often seasonal mini sessions, each one styled with intention and inspired by cozy, playful, or nostalgic details. Think laughter, movement, and authentic moments over stiff posing. I’ll guide you the whole way, but I always leave space for your kids to be themselves.
Mini sessions are offered on select dates and are limited in availability, which keeps them relaxed and fun for everyone involved. Because spots fill quickly, these sessions are always announced first to my email subscribers and then shared on social media.

Mini sessions are meant to feel easy and joyful, not stressful or overly posed. Because they’re short and sweet, kids stay engaged, parents feel relaxed, and we capture genuine smiles instead of forced ones.
I keep things moving with simple prompts, silly moments, and plenty of encouragement so kids can be themselves. There’s room to wiggle, laugh, snuggle, and just be. No pressure to be perfect—some of the best photos come from the in-between moments.

Mini sessions are a budget-friendly way to capture meaningful moments without sacrificing quality or experience. As a mom and a partner, I understand the importance of investing wisely while still preserving memories.
Mini sessions typically range from $90–$125, depending on the theme and time offered. I also offer Super Mini Kids Sessions, which range from $20–$30, making professional photos even more accessible for families and little milestones.

Lucky us, my family won a giveaway for a creek session with Lainee. I could not be more thankful. Due to full schedules and a tight budget my family probably would’ve gone a long time without photos. But our session turned out even better than I could imagine and Lainee captured our family perfectly. I cannot thank you enough!
